Born in Stamford, Connecticut in 1970.
Moved to San Diego in 1979.
Graduated Torrey Pine High School in the class 1988 .
Studied 2 year at Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado, then transferred to C.U. Boulder.
Earned a Degree in Mathamatics from C.U. Boulder, in 1993.
Moved to 3rd and Emerson St. in Denver after graduation.
Got a career utilized my degree, designing and manufacturing gears for all sorts of machinery.
Was trained in gear (Hobbing) and tooling manufacturing at Doric Manufacturing, for 2 years.
Left to start up a gear department at Ponderosa Industries.
While at Ponderosa, I earned enough money to purchase my first house. Soon after, I got the real estate bug.
Purchased my second house in the 1997.
I realized, that real estate was fun and exciting.
Got my Colorado Real Estate License Febuary 1999, and have been a Real Estate Professional ever since.
Since that time, I personally have purchased 8 properties, been involved over 40 successful real estate transactions for my clients, and have managed rental properties for myself and others.
Since June 2009, I have devoted all of my efforts to grow my real estate business.
