Anyone can purchase a HUD home!  If you will be an owner occupant, you may qualify to purchase this home with only $100 down!  Be sure to ask about how you can get qualified.  Once the owner occupant period is over, investors will have the opportunity to purchase these homes as well!

HUD homes are sold in “As Is” condition, meaning, that HUD will not make any repairs.  When making your offer, make sure you consider the needed repairs!  HUD does a full appraisal of the home prior to listing it for sale and takes into account the needed repairs and adjusts the price accordingly, sometimes at substantial discounts.  With a 203K loan, you can finance any repairs into your loan at the same rate as a regular FHA loan!
